By booking service with us, you agree to these simple terms.
1. What We Do
We repair common home appliances (fridges, ovens, washers, dryers, dishwashers and more) in our local service area.
2. Appointments
- We give you a time window for your visit.
- Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- If we arrive and cannot access your home or appliance, a trip or no‑show fee may apply.
3. Prices & Payment
- We tell you the price before we do the repair.
- Payment is due when the job is finished.
- We accept the payment methods listed on our website or invoice.
4. Parts & Warranty
- We use new or approved parts when possible.
- Any warranty on our work or parts will be written on your invoice or in our Warranty Policy.
5. Your Responsibilities
- An adult (18+) must be home during the visit.
- Please make sure we can safely reach and work on the appliance.
- Use the appliance as the manufacturer recommends after the repair.
6. Our Liability
- Our responsibility is limited to the cost of the service we provide and the parts we install.
- We are not responsible for food loss, lost time, or other indirect damages.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Services from time to time. The version that applies is the one with the “Last updated” date above.
